Training Matters is HRMC’s training division. It provides a wide range of leading edge interventions aimed at developing staff and ensuring that our clients understand how to manage their staff effectively.
We provide training solutions which are fun, intellectually challenging, emotionally rewarding, sound in content and delivered in a manner in which clients and learners leave feeling that is has been an experience doing business with us.
We have ensured that our programmes are
• Professionally designed and thoughtfully delivered to suit the learning and workplace outcomes, taking care to understand the most appropriate methods to deliver the material.
• Facilitated by qualified and accredited trainers
• Relevant and transferable to the workplace, thereby adding value to skills development in Botswana
There are three options to make use of our services. Your choice of option is purely dependant on your organisational needs:
Option 1:
Public Programmes
Each year Training Matters offers public programmes. Public programmes expose learners to fellow participants from other companies, disciplines, professional levels and even other cultures, so they acquire valuable insights into wider aspects of other industries, and other ways of doing things.
Option 2:
In-House Training
All our public courses can be delivered exclusively to your organization – on a date and at a location that suits your needs. In-house training is a cost effective approach if you have at least 15 people who require training.
Option 3:
Train Your Trainer
This option allows you to have us train your own trainers to roll out our programs into your organisation. This option is more valuable to organisations with a high staff complement.
