Process
The condensed MAP measures the same aspects as the full MAP
with the exception of strategic capability that is not measured
in the same detail as in the full MAP. The condensed MAP will
typically cover the following dimensions:

- Personality
- Values & Motives
- Managerial Skill
- Team Roles
- Strengths and Competency Based Interviews
Screening Assessments
The focus with these solutions is on speed and accuracy of
the assessment process. The screening solution works well
for big groups and usually focus on

- Integrity Testing
- Personality
- Sales Preference and Competency Based Interviews
Focused Solutions
These solutions are specifically design to provide information
on candidates in relation to specific areas and consist of:
