It’s not a small leap. From day one you will challenge conventional wisdom, explore new ideas and develop innovative ways to measure competence, performance and potential. Liaising with key figures, including the Heads of Human Resources, Executive Management and key personnel in the public sector, you will need to draw on a sound technical knowledge of business performance psychology, productivity and psychometric testing to aid organisations with selection, talent identification and management development.
Having worked in both the private and public sector you will have developed the strengths and awareness needed to thrive in both environments. You will also have discovered just how important your personality – characterised by confidence shot through with common sense – will be to your and our success. A Master’s in Industrial/Organisational Psychology is essential. You will be registered with the BHPC and have 15 years’ post qualification experience working with assessment centres and have a profound knowledge working with and applying psychometric test results to real life situations.
