Overview of role
Our client in the financial services industry is looking for an energetic and talented professional to head their Lesotho operation. In this role you will provide leadership through developing and executing the overall country strategy in line with the Group’s strategic intent and brand promise, to deliver the country’s budget, to execute on key performance areas (KPAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and to develop sustainable competitive advantage in customer experience, innovation, risk management, people development and stakeholder engagement.
Requirements, Education and Experience
The right person for the job will be appropriately qualified with significant senior management experience in a multi-national financial services institution. The candidate must currently reside in Lesotho as a national or have significant local knowledge and experience and hold valid work permits. You will have a full understanding of Human Capital, Skills Training and Management Development and personal attributes include multi-cultural awareness and the ability to interact with a wide range of different levels and sectors of staff, society, social and business, will be an essential characteristic of the person holding this position.
