Overview of role

Accountable for the strategic management of the Investment Management value chain in accordance with regulatory and statutory requirements to drive LLR’s strategic objectives, business growth and sustainability, and to effectively manage all risks and cost initiatives associated with the core property investment processes and procedures.

The primary objective is growing the portfolio through the acquisition of yield accretive investments, thereby enhancing shareholder wealth.

Requirements, Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree and Honors in Finance or equivalent business degree.
  • 10 years’ relevant experience with minimum 3 of those in a senior/executive level.
  • Experience in raising capital to finance acquisitions.
  • Experience in financial modelling of transactions to assess whether yield accretive or not.
