Overview of role
You will be responsible for developing the People Agenda for this large workforce and a Corporation wide Human Resources strategy that enables the achievement of the corporation’s strategic objectives through people.
The position embeds Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Succession Planning, Learning & Development, Remuneration, Employee Relations and Employee Wellness practices as well as drives the demonstration of behaviours that align with WUC’s values.
Requirements, Education and Experience
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Development, Industrial Psychology or related field is required.
- 8 years’ experience and exposure in Human Resource Management (professional experience managing and directing HR functions such as Organisation Design, HR Business Partnering, Recruitment or Talent Management), including 6 years Senior Management level experience.
