General Manager : Infrustructure

As the General Manager: Infrastructure, you'll lead the company's technical team in designing, implementing and maintaining technology solutions for their clients.You must be well versed in all aspects of technology infrastructure design and implementation - from strategy through to implementation, operation and maintenance. You must have an exceptional ability to develop solutions to complex business problems in collaboration with all stakeholders across the organization and possess broad-based industry experience and knowledge. You'll lead a team to deliver solutions that provide highly secure network infrastructure across many environments including public clouds and private cloud deployments. You will identify key strategic partners who could help the client improve their offerings as well as aligning business strategy with technology developments.

• Plan and build Data Center architectures across all layers of network, storage and operating systems- Architect and Build multi vendor solutions and solutions on public cloud.
• Work with partners to expand solutions to the marketplace.
• Build solutions in emergent technologies and monitor them.
• Manage Lead creation, design and management of strategic technology architecture and design
• Leverages experience from previous roles to deliver comprehensive solutions to customers.
• Gathers and analyzes customer needs and business objectives, while creating and implementing a solution in collaboration with other stakeholders.
• Monitors changes in technology, networks, and customer needs that impact the solution and its various features/functionalities.
• Strategically leads the market and product direction by understanding how customers are using the solution and proposing solutions that meet the need of the company and customer.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related required.
• At least 10 years of experience in the IT industry as a Technical Lead and/or Senior Technical Leader with an excellent track record of developing and managing technical teams.
• 5+ years of technical leadership in a leading technology company with experience in business strategy, planning, budgeting and performance reporting. Work with partners to expand solutions to the marketplace.
