Overview of role
Reporting to the Country Manager, you will be responsible for designing and implementing the sales strategy, successful management of budgets and driving sales volume growth. Set up and develop the branch network and sales structure across the country.

- Negotiate deals
Requirements, Education and Experience
- A proven track record in managing sales teams in the financial services industry (preferably micro-finance) and develop MOUs with companies
- Ability to read and interpret financial statements and reports
- Exposure and experience in the use of mobile channels for loan delivery will be an added advantage
