Overview of role

This role is responsible for managing the financial operations of the BPOPF member administration, with particular emphasis on the production of monthly and quarterly trial balances and reconciliations. This will be achieved by effectively planning and organizing the fund administration operations and leading the team towards optimum performance.

Job description

You will be required to interact with stakeholders such as Members and Pensioners, the Regulator, Commissioner of Taxes and Actuaries. You will therefore be adept at communicating, engaging and influencing at these levels.

Requirements, Education and Experience

You will need to have a financial qualification such as ACCA / CIMA / BICA or equivalent along with 5 years’ experience in Pension Fund Administration, of which at least 3 should have been at Management level. Knowledge of fund administration processes is essential. To succeed in this demanding environment, you will be expected to be dynamic, proactive, professionally dedicated, strategic, analytical, computer literate and highly committed to meeting all reporting deadlines.
