Overview of role

In collaboration with the Strategy & Change Manager; you will provide performance monitoring services to the Fund against its key strategic and operational objectives. You will be expected to participate in and supervise strategic and operational projects through; coordination, planning, tracking and reporting across multiple functions within the Fund.

Job description

  • Collecting data and information to populate corporate dashboards and produce reports for decision making
  • Identifying key organisational process improvement opportunities and assisting the head of department in the implementation of structured change management interventions

Requirements, Education and Experience

  • You will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in a Business or related field
  • At least 2 years post qualification experience in business performance, strategy and project management
  • Strong analytical/ problem solving skills, supervisory ability, exceptional communication skills and a self-motivated personality
