Overview of role

Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the purpose of the Training Manager is to develop learning and development strategies across Wilderness safaris. This encompasses identifying the company’s training needs or requirements, developing, implementing and monitoring training programmes of new and existing employees that will assist in improving their performance.

The Training Manager position is based in Maun.

Requirements, Education and Experience

  • Degree in Human Resources Development or any equivalent qualification.
  • BQA Trainer and Assessor certificate.
  • Certificate in Moderation.
  • Certificate in Assessor Design.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience with at least 2 years at middle management level.
  • Experience in the Ecotourism Industry will be advantageous.
